
Rural communities across Cornwall are being urged to bid for funds to create innovative and sustainable ways to 'grow their own' essential local services.
It is National Carers Week from 14 to 20 June and to raise awareness and identify carers in Cornwall, three of the main Cornish carers support services are working in partnership to hold some events. Carers Support staff from the Cornwall Rural Community Council (CRCC), Origo and Cornwall Community Volunteer Services (CCVS) will offer free impartial advice, information on a wide range of carer issues and signpost people to appropriate services.
